Advance Tech Solutions
Intelligent transformation.

We keep business-critical infrastructure running, long after the OEM stops.

Founded in 2009, Advance Tech Solutions is a Bangkok-based, OEM-agnostic technology services provider. We support telecommunications and network operators, financial services and banking, public sector organisations, retail, manufacturing and systems integrators — designing service around the client estate and business requirement rather than a single OEM product roadmap.

Capabilities

What we hold, supply and support

Five product-catalogue categories, with international shipment, warranty tests and storage in Europe and Asia. Brands in the catalogue include Cisco, HP, Dell, IBM, Oracle and Juniper.

Server

HP/HPE, Dell, IBM, Fujitsu, Sun/Oracle, Lenovo and related enterprise server families.

Workstation

Workstation hardware supplied from the ATS product catalogue, including full configuration.

Storage

EMC, NetApp, Hitachi, HP/HPE, Dell and IBM storage platforms.

How we work

A standard incident workflow in four stages

Every intervention is logged, measured and reviewed. Governance runs alongside it: operational service review, an SLA and KPI dashboard, problem review and capacity or lifecycle review.

01

Log and qualify

Capture client, site, serial number, symptoms, severity, business impact and contact details.

02

Diagnose and plan

Analyse logs, conduct remote diagnosis, define the action plan and determine engineer and spare requirements.

03

Dispatch and resolve

Allocate engineer and parts, coordinate logistics, perform the on-site intervention and restore service.

04

Close and improve

Obtain confirmation, issue the intervention report, measure SLA performance, identify root cause and track improvement actions.
